asset status (Unknown status)

Why I have always “Unknown status, found” in the asset tracking status column?
what’s the meaning of unknown status?

Max 2010
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GT
Core 2 Quad Q9505 2.84GHz, 8Gb RAM.

I’m not sure, it’s unknown. But if it says Found that’s not too bad, it probably meand the file is not where the path says it is, but has been found in one of the user paths.
Try Stripping the Path, then Make Path Absolute. It should then point to where the file actually is or has been found.
