Can someone explain to me the logic behind the number of tiles that show up when changing the “% Holes”?
My experiments show this:
on a 2’x2’ sample of modular brick (running bond)<table>
<tr><td>% Holes</td><td>| bricks Shown</td><td>|percent of total</tr>
<tr><td>1</td><td>27</td><td>0%</td></tr>
<tr><td>2</td><td>25</td><td>7.4%</td></tr>
<tr><td>5</td><td>20.5</td><td>24%</td></tr>
<tr><td>10</td><td>18</td><td>33.3%</td></tr>
<tr><td>50</td><td>8.5</td><td>68.5</td></tr>
<tr><td>70</td><td>5.5</td><td>79.6%</td></tr>
<tr><td>90</td><td>5.5</td><td>79.6%</td></tr>
</table>
There does not appear to be a linear association between the percent holes and the number of holes actually created.
Scratching my head.
