Hello,

Please take a look at the attachment. What is causing these weird squares on my model? I have used this material before and have not had this happen yet. I imported this skull as a mesh and this has been happening. I check all the normals, they are all facing the proper direction. Some of the lines seem to be crossing, but they are facing the same direction.

Thanks,

my specs are this quad processors, 8 Gb RAM, windows xp64bit, 3ds max 2011

Could be a lo-res bump map, which may be the map it’s self, or the UV mapping on the model making the pixels big.
