How to measure the length of spline?

Hi all,
I need help on how to measure the length of a spline in max script.
The purpose is to perform extrude along spline in Editable_poly with multiple splines.
The segments in all the extrusions need to be in equal distance whether the spline length is small or big. i.e. segment count increases if length is more and vice versa.

Look up getSegLengths in the MXS help.

Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.
