Hello Area folks!

Simple question --

Can you create/delete/manipulate a “Pop-up Note” from Maxscript?  This is a note that can be displayed when opening a file.

(These are not the Notes associated with NoteTracks, or any of the various other annotations that you can stick in a max file.)

I see no reference to it in any of the documentation, so my guess is the answer is “no”.

Thanks!

Doesn’t seem to be much, if anything, about them. However, a bit of detective work (turning on the macro recorder in the listener) shows that the notes are all handled by a script, namely installdir\UI\MacroScripts\Macro_Notes.mcr.
That would seem like a good place to start.
