Any reason why my model polygons unsmooth them self after I apply a Boolean ? Here my pict after a boolean. I’m trying to cut a hole to fix in the Horns.

Are you applying the boolean before a turbo/mesh smooth. if so, dont, because it will radically change the topology of your model. Instead try cutting in a hole with the cut tool. You may also want to check your smoothing groups, booleans can mess them up too. If you’ve used pro boolean try setting its option show new edges, that’ll give you an idea of how its changing your geometry.
