I might be in need of something like this soon and was wondering if Max had anything similar?

If Max does not then what might be the simplest way to do this in max?

Power: Thermaltake Litepower 700W ATX PSU

You could try BlobMesh - Create Panel > Geometry > Compound Objects (from the dropdown list) > BlobMesh.

Seems to use Particle Flows, so any specific questions would probably be better asked in the Particles/Dynamics forum.



Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.

I ues blobmesh all the time. it has many uses, once you learn to control it. blobmesh is one the most flexible tools in max
