Hi! I’m just now doing some landscapes from dwg files using the height curves. I bring them in to Max and using Terrain to make the landscapes. Most of the times I get rather dirty meshes. Is there some method to get clean result with Terrain? Any suggestion are welcome :)

It’s been disscussed many time here before. Put simply, use Conform to wrap a nice clean mesh to it.

Thanks Samab! Yes, I have been using Conform to “convert” to clean things up. Still, there must be some way to get clean(er) results native from Terrain? The examples in the manual looks ok.

One of the problem is to get the same amount of vertices per spine. Is there a tool for that?

You could try Normalize Spl. To get evenly spaced verts on your splines.
