Merging various UVs?

Hello.

Is there a way to merge different UV channels (or pass parts from one channel to another, while maintaining parts of the uvs?
What i’ve done is have one channel for my palms, another for parts of the body, etc, and i wan’t to move (lets say) the palms uvs to the channel of the other body parts WITHOUT loosing the palms Uvs, or the existing body parts (which are different than the palms of course
