I am currently modeling a vehicle. On the inside of the front wheel well there is a concave corner. I have applied a small chamfer to all of the edges on this corner so that when I apply meshsmooth to smooth other parts of the mesh I still get a crisp corner there. the problem I am having is that meshsmooth causes the corner to become rounded differently than the inside edge it is attached to. I feel this problem is best explained with pictures, so here’s two screenshots. the first is without meshsmooth and the second is with meshsmooth.
how could I fix this problem?

that makes sense. I’m going to go try that now. Thanks!
EDIT: so I made the adjustment you noted and it worked perfectly. This model has been driving me nuts for days, and now that the most complicated part is complete I can finish off the rest and ship it off to the printer! thanks.

I’ll post a render but it wont have any textures or some details. I’m creating this model to be printed on a 3d printer and tested in a wind tunnel. I’ll post some photos of the print too.
