NURBS tutorials needed

Hi all, my first post on these forums and I have a bit of a request, looking for some very basic, square one, could teach a shaved chimp, nurbs tutorials, had a search on here but didnt get very far, any suggestions? thanks in advance

Whatever happened to Goco? He would be appropriate for a shaved chimp.
They should keep a longer archive of tutorials on the site, lots of topics are no longer covered, nurbs being just one.
