Hi,

I just posted a tutorial on creating a Sliced Animation Model in 3DS Max along with a maxscript to automate much of the process.

The idea is to quickly create an efficient model that you can animate with in realtime in your viewport.

These are techniques I’m cobbling together for my next film, and just thought I would share along the way.

Hope you find it helpful. Feedback is welcome!

Thanks,
