exporting to obj

I m trying to use ivy generator. It supports obj format.
I created a box in max. I exported to obj format. When i go to the ivy generator then the box is different. I tried normal. But its not working.

How can i export to obj format properly?

Any suggestion or any link will be helpful… thanks
