Hi.

I’m trying to find a pipeline to get my models in unity. My model are dae ( collada) file.
In unity they didn’t get any textures.

So I’ve try some pipeline using max. ( since unity can import max and/or fbx)

Theses strange issues appears:

- loaded the collada into max using the plugin opencollada 1.2.5 ( autodesk plugin give me wrong meshes)

-> the mesh are perfect in 3ds max

-> export into fbx -> in unity they’ve got textures but no longer uv ( or something like that: the material are correct, but the material render as flat color on the meshes.)

-> tried to save into .max -> same issues in unity.

but if I close and reopen 3dsMax then load the .max and then save them in .fbx or .max, then they works in unity.

that append in 3dsmax 2009 and 2010, on window Seven and on xp.
(tried with fbx plug-in 2010 and 2011)

Doesn’t anyone have issues like this ?
Is there something I can do to have the ‘correct’ file without having to reopen the file ?
