Hi,
I’m realtively new to the world of 3D, and wanted to know if there was some sort of plug-in available preferrable for Max or Maya, that would be able to work out solar efficiency, and the like, of a model, and thus assist in shaping that model.
Eg: I would like to be able to say my building needs to have an XX efficiency rating, and the plug-in can asses that my model has Ysq.m of Glazing, and Zsq.m of aluminium cladding, etc. If the calculated results goes over the maximum rating, it can offer suggestions as to how to reshape the model to achieve my requirements.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
