Looks good in the end result but two things that I don’t like and I only skipped over it really quickly. First off he is using IK solvers on the wings, wings are a rotational motion and far easier to animation with rotations to get all the over lap. There is just no need for IK. Second he is using springs in stead of flex, flex has more control and is faster when used on a spline.

Nice looking result how ever.

I saw this in the forum. Not so much rigging related, but for creating feathers, which is in the thread title too.
