this a question about how to build the bones
before putting ik chains on it. Normally, when i
setup a leg for example for a character, i build the
leg in the left view so the leg is straigt and all the bones
are align in the front view. Now suppose i build the leg with an angle
to meet the foot where it is and the toes also. In other words i set an angle
before setting ik chains. I want to know if it’s OK to build a leg
not straight. I have made a couple of test with dummies at the same angle
of the feet and the toes and also freeze transforms and rotations and it seems
working but i want to hear from you if it’s better to build straight
apply ik chains and constraints and aonly after that rotating the leg to
meet position of the foot and the toe

thank you

I would build them in the left viewport as you have and then just rotate the root ofthe chain to match the angle that you need.
