Hi, I am looking for free rig tool for max 2008 that can after building and creating the rig, still have the option to scale the rig and also it’s parts (legs, hands)..
I am not sure if cat or skeleton rig fit to this matter..
anyone has an idea?

Have a look at CAT as it is fairly easy to deal with in that respect. Custom rigs can do it as well but you need to have built that in. Biped of course also has the ability to do it but is not as flexible as custom rigs or CAT.
