In max sdk document, the description (and said so by comments in the code) is : Example of a Full Manipulator. It uses the Bend Modifier to provide a gizmo. It also handles setting up of the HitData.
I create a box in the scene, and add the bend and bendPB2 modifiers on the box, but I didn’t see the bend manipulator works, it also didn’t be called in the code of bendmod in howto examples.
I am so green in max, so please tell me, how to luanch bend manipulator in max?
I found it in the plug-in manaager after I put the BendManip.dlo into plugins directory, but I still do not know how to launch the manipulator. Or, how to let the bend modifier to ‘use’ this manipulator.

I don’t see bendPB2.
After applying Bend, enable ‘Select and Manipulate’ from the main toolbar, the Bend gizmo will becomes green, now you can manipulate the gizmo.

Moving horizontally controls direction, vertically controls bend angle.
