Can't export biped animations!

We are using a game engine, Gamebryo. It can not export biped animations. Instead it samples the animations usually at 30 FPS, which is a great waste.

Gamebryo’s document says that

Character Studio uses TCB keys for Biped animation, but unfortunately it doesn’t allow exporting any of the TCB parameters. Because of this fact, the Gamebryo 3ds max Plug-in samples the controller.

I think that this problem must be considered seriously.
