Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience using this call?  It doesn’t seem to be working for the educational releases.  I tried the 2011 Educational version and I always get that call to return PRODUCT_VERSION_NFR instead of PRODUCT_VERSION_EDU or PRODUCT_VERSION_EMR.

I did have a valid 2011 license prior to testing so I’m going to try one more round of uninstalling but if anyone could verify this I would appreciate it.

EDIT:
It works fine.  The problem is that Max licenses seem to be embedded on a machine.  Once its on there, its not going anywhere unless you reformat.  I was doing some testing for the Educational versions and standard licenses always take precedence, even if you had uninstalled.  Anyways, I would delete the post but looks like it isn’t going anywhere either.
