Camera Target Distance - Less than 1.0

Please remove lower limit of 1.0 for the Camera Target Distance.  This value even reads as 1.0 when using a target camera and moving the target closer than 1.0 units.  Makes things like DOF with close focal ranges in renderers such as Vray very problematic.
