I work for a media group that is part of a bigger AEC company. We are currently running max 2009 in our group, while we are putting max design 2009 out on the architects computers. Unfortunately it seems like we can’t load any of the design features into max. We also can’t load max and max design onto the same box.
Since you are giving subscribers the option of loading max or max design. Could you also put in a toggle in the install menu to install the max design features in max? We kind of like having our boxes be the traditional max package that we’ve been using for years, with the sdk and all of that, but would like to have the features from max design just in case one of the architects needs us to do something with the sustainability features.
