be able to bind hotkey like mouse4 and mouse5 in customize user interface

I know what you mean.
A way of achieving this is though the mouse software.
For example logitechs software lets you assign keystrokes to mouse buttons. Of course that means you would have to have your shortcuts bound to some keyboard keys.

It works well though and in combination with shift, alt and ctrl keys you suddenly have allot shortcuts available for your mouse hand.

I tried that.. but then i lost my hotkeys in other programs :/
