Can anyone explain to me why the render file output options in the 64bit version of max are alot less then the 32bit version of the software?
I am saving a rendered animation file as an .avi format with the 64bit version. With the file compression setup, I have only 3 compression choices. The rendering looks very bad. But with the 32bit version of the software, I have several options, including .mov format. My renderings look great with the compression choices there. Why the big change between the 2 versions? Any work around with the 64bit version to get my animation to look good?
I am using 64bit Max 2009, Vista Ultimate.
