I'd really really like to switch from Combustion to Composite but I'm getting regular crashes when I click the render button. This is in multiple projects with differing settings. I get the send error message then Composite disappears. I've looked through the forum, but I can't find anything relevant. I just don't have the time to troubleshoot. I managed to get a texture map on a sphere but after a bit of playing realised the distortion was not going to be correct. There is a fulldome plugin for AE but I was wondering if this was possible in Composite. So need to separate the luminance, make the adjustments, then reassemble to rgb. I have done it before, in another application, using the Lab color space, but I do not know how to set it up in composite. Can someone explain how it can be done using composite?
