I just upgraded to 2010.02.  In previous versions there was a MEL command called FBXBatchDialog You could turn off the UI for the plugin, handy for scripting the import/export of a large number of files.

How do I turn off the UI in version 2010.02?

Thanks,
Chad

I got a similar problem: using Fbx via a script file/import, the Fbx window pops up, while the script doesn’t seem to wait for the import, but is trying to parse the scene which is yet empty. Fbx at the moment seems to prohibit batch and script jobs, or am i wrong? If anyone would know a workaround, that would be much appreciated!

Thanks, Aksel

That should do it, I think.

What about hiding the dialog when exporting?
