Shader Connection Problem from MAX to Maya in FBX

hi,
im able to import all the meshes as well as shaders from max into maya2009. but there is big problem in shaders’ connections.

When i do “select objects with materials” in Hypershade it does not select all the objects although there are several objects with the same material.

also i see all the some weird connections with shaders coming with lots of SG nodes.

pls help. im trapped in middle of a workflow.

note: fbx plugins version 2009.2 “im don’t think it’s plugin version issue”
