if i node “has” more than one materials,so how can i determine the active materail of a mesh attached to this node?I know we can get the material from the layer of this mesh, but if this mesh is one of copy of some other mesh, all copies share the same info about it,but actually i dont do this in my 3ds max,i assign different materials to these copies,so how can i do?

Do you mean you have some instances in 3ds Max and assigned different materials on each instance, then export them to a FBX file, but in that FBX file, these instance have the same material?
Sorry, but I do not really understand your question.
