Is it possible to use ImageModeler to get just estimate sizes of objects with only ONE photo and the photo does not have any lens tag info etc? etc scan of traditional photo?

Example, I need to know the height or diameter of the cylinder shaped object, but only have one of the dimensions.  i.e. I have the diameter of the cylinder, but need to know the height of it???  I can kind of do this in 3DS Max by setting up the photo as a viewport background and place a cylinder object and place a camera where I MIGHT think it is and move the camera around etc until I get it even close to the background image.... but was wondering if ImageModeler has a better way to do this easily?

Or do I HAVE to have more than 1 photo and also more measurements...I know that would result in more accurate results, but I am looking for estimates since a lot of times, I don’t have but one photo, and usually only 1 main dimension to go from.

Thank you for any help!
