Look at the camera tab when the image is selected under “shots” in the scene browser. This will show you distortion value. Logically it would go under the camera device but unfortunately like the true focal length it doesn’t show up here.
As far as removing the distortion goes it can be done w/ Stitcher or probably Matchmover. Realviz and Autodesk use to distribute a very convenient free command line tool for baking out the distortion called DistoIma but I don’t know if or where it is hosted anymore. Panotools, PT Lens use a variation of k1 and k2 http://www.all-in-one.ee/~dersch/barrel/barrel.html, Autopano uses k1 and k2 directly. If Matlab doesn’t intimidate you you can use the camera calibration toolbox that is often used for computer vision, although I have not tested it to see if it will remove k3 http://www.vision.caltech.edu/bouguetj/calib_doc/index.html
