Import to Autodesk Land Desktop 2005?

Greetings,
Will ImageModeler export to Land Desktop 2005 or does it have to be a more recent software like Civil 3D?

I have imported it via a DWG, and it comes in as a mesh without texture! So for you to see it somewhat in a white color is to change your view style.
