Just stumbled across this forum and needed some advice.

I exported a model from Imagemodeler with 3 calibrated cameras that contained panoramic images. I imported these into 3DS Max.

I now want to project my images onto the geometry but am having a few problems.

First I tried to use the panoramas, this didn’t work so I’m now trying with single images.

So I rendered a 90deg horz/vert FOV image from one of the panoramas as a quick test, but it doesn’t line up with my geometry in Max even if I rotate the camera.

Any ideas what’s going wrong?

Can someone suggest a good workflow?

*edit* I’m familiar with camera projection in Max using Camera per pixel material and Camera Map Modifier but I’m new to Imagemodeler.

Also I’m suprised this is causing me so much grief as the cameras should have been in the right place.

Tried again today with some fresh eyes, the 90deg shot lines up now so a cubic map should do the trick fro projection

No joy with a panorama though.
