Hi, does anyone know what happened to the old Realviz Matchmover and Movimento forum?
Does Autodesk not support these apps anymore?

Dear Mike,

until now, I still got support for my MatchMover-licences, but since it is a discontinued product, obviously, there will be no place for it in this Area.
Maybe we should create a MM-Forum at http://www.movematchers.net ?!?
Are there still enough MM-users interested in such a discussion group?

Hello,

I adress you because i found nothing and nobody to help me on the use of movimento realviz concerning the calibration.
I followed the tutorial to calibrate with 9 photos of 5 dark blobs in a white panel as it was presented in the demonstration, but the automatic calibration recognized only 5 points (dark blobs) instead of 45 when I pressed the button F10 (as they asked).
I don’t understand...what is the problem please?

Hi Mike -

As of the acquisition, Matchmover is no longer offered as a standalone product. Movimento is available through Autodesk Consulting (http://www.autodesk.com/consulting).

Could you kindly provide information here on getting an updated license for matchmover from Autodesk to install on a new computer? I would like to deactivate the license on the old computer and move the license to the new machine. I have searched the Autodesk site and the FAQ you described, but I have been unable to locate any relevant info.

Please send your request to stitchersupport-at-autodesk-dot-com. That email is used primarily for handling legacy licensing issues.

Hi,

I have several Realviz products licenses (Stitcher Unlimited, Imagemodeler, Matchmover HD)which will need to be updated too. I don’t see the email you’re referring to for legacy licensing. Who should I contact to get reinstall my licenses to a new computer and also query about upgrade prices?
