hi,

there are a couple of workflow examples here, but i would like to know, if a complete conform/grade/render would be possible using only the lustre world & with maximized grading times on the master station.
ideally i would have a lustre “ultra light” - just conforming & rendering
this would send the conformed timeline to lustre master for grading
and get the unrendered graded timeline from lustre master for rendering

i guess, i could do the
conform & confidence check on the master
grade on the master
send the render to burn & continue with the next program

any way to get conform/confidence check out of this queue
without a need for additional rendering
at minimal system cost (so smoke on mac is not ideal here)

thanks for any clues
robert

Hi Robert,

I think you missed our product Lustre Assistant which did exactly what you describe however was discontinued about 2 years ago.

hi Paul - this is exactly whats missing here - or an even lighter version, “backdraft for Lustre” without primaries…
there is a request for this here (obviously not enough to trigger adsk consulting&services)
how is it your area?

ciao
robert
