I shot this video in 23.97fps and tracked it and exported it from Boujou. Now if I use Maya and render my stuff at 24fps, it’s not gonna sync when I comp it over my plate.

Will it work if I change my ‘By Frame’ value in my render settings?

Open the Preferences windows - goto Time Slider under settings - change the Playback speed to Other and type in 23.97 in the Other speed section.
