I’m not sure what you’re asking. It’s possible to constrain a target spot to a path. You can constrain the light, the target or both, but you might want to link both light and target to a dummy and then constrain the dummy to the path.

If you’re asking is there a way to create a path from the line which connects the light to the target, I think you’d have to do that manually.

Thanks wade for your answer.
That’s the first option: I want to constrain only the target of the spot to a path, the spot itself remains fix. The problem is I can’t link only the spot target to a dummy, only all spot light. Do you know what I mean? I know is very confusing.

Create the Path.
Create the Target Spot, select the Target and Path Constrain it to the Path.

If that isn’t what you’re after you’ll have to explain in a bit more detail what you want.
