Start a referenced animation at frame 400?

Hi,

I have an animation that I’ve brought in as a reference. Instead of the animation starting at 0 as it does in the original scene, I would like to start this at frame 400 in my new scene.

I was hoping I could do this with animation layers. Is there a step that I’m possibly missing?
