Maya for non-commercial usage without watermark

Can Autodesk release some version for Individual artists for non-commercial usage like this.

Even XSI have some afordable version without annoying watermark (Lightwave and Cinema 4d has always been afordable) .

to my knowledge, the only way to get maya without a watermark is to buy either maya complete or unlimited. I don’t think autodesk will ever release a non-watermark PLE version
