i used to model a fairbit but once the veiwcube came out i stopped using maya alltogether
i dont like switching veiws thru the space or watever and like orto veiws in pers by the compass
how do ichange the view cube to the old compass style ?
cant autodesk just relese a quick update file to teh people who liked the old compass
coz seriously teh view cube sucks

I’m surprised there aren’t more people saying so on threads.
This should have been sorted in v2010, no wait, 11, no wait 12.
Maybe someone will listen by 2013?
