Thanks in advance for any help!
I had a Macbook Pro that was about 2 years old and the logic board (as well as other things!) went on it. Apple fixed it for me, luckily they didn’t wipe the drive, so I asumed all was well. When I went to start up Maya again, it told me to register the software, asking for my serial, etc, like it was a fresh install. Obviously the hardware was now different but I assumed I owned it so I was ok. Well, it thinks I’m installing it on another machine and refuses to let it run. I scoured the site for help but couldn’t find a contact number/email or any info on how to unregister a cpu that, well, is completely gone! I can’t use the program to unregister since it doesn’t see it as that machine anymore. Anyone know what to do to “delete” the cpu from my allowed machines so I can install the program on my “new” MacBook Pro?
Again, thanks for any help.

Contact the Autodesk Business Center. They can’t demand that you transfer the license because, well… you couldn’t predict that it was going to break, could you?

Hey, thanks a lot for the quick help. I’ll let you know the outcome! And, no, if I had any say, replacing half my cpu wouldn’t have been an option! :D
