Greetings!

I don’t know why, but my Maya 2009 simply does not load or anything all of the sudden. I didn’t do anything with my licenses, and did not install anything new.  It’s been a while (maybe a couple of months) since I loaded it. Last time, it said it couldn’t find any licenses, and I ended up fixing that (after much hair pulling) by hiding file extensions or showing file extensions or some stupid crap like that (a resolution for Maya 7 or some way earlier version that happened to work for my version). For the record, both Maya and Mudbox are simply not running, while MotionBuilder works fine. Maya does not run when I go into Explorer and double-click on the program itself. In Task Manager, I see a Maya pop onto the list, then disappear a moment later.  This program WAS working in January. And the list time it stopped working, it did pop up an error about the licenses not being installed or whatever. Now… nothing. Just nothing, no errors, no Maya splash screen, nothing.

And of course, Autodesk is nowhere to be found where help is concerned.

So if anyone could help, I would tremendously appreciate it. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit.  Like I said, while I have not opened Maya or Mudbox for a couple of months, they did work fine at year’s beginning. Now, when I try to run either program, the mouse looks busy for a second, then… absolutely nothing, like I never double-clicked at all.
