Dear all,
Unfortunately, I have lost password to access my subscription account. Several time, I’ve asked to recover password in website: https://subscription.autodesk.com, and finished all step. But until now, I still have not received the answer about my password.
I post this thread, with hope that everyone advice me how to solve this problem. I need access to my account for my jobs, but I can’t :-(

Hello mate.
Ok there two things you can try.
Here is a link with some contact numbers for different countries for Autodesk

Another option is contacting the people that sold you your software and they will deal with it for you, its their job:)
