How do you turn all the menus back on?

Hello My Fellow Mayains,

I inadvertently turned off all my menus at the top of my workspace, including my shelf and the file menu. Can someone tell me how to get them to show again?

Press Ctrl+m or use Hotbox > HotBox Controls > Show Common Menus
