Ever since I have gotten Maya (It has been about a year now). When I try and use UV texture Editor it crashes Maya, sometimes instantly, other times after only a couple minutes.. It is extremely frustrating because, as a recent graduate I am trying to work on my portfolio..

If anyone has had this problem, I have searched the Internetz and I seem the be the ONLY person in the world with this problem.

Here is my Info

What I have tried that hasn’t worked:

1: Using Maya while my Macbook Pro runs on “Higher Performance”

2: Erasing the Polygons History before UV mapping it.

Any help would be tremendous,
Thank you
