Hi, thanks to anyone who can supply me with some ideas on this problem!

The computer I’m working on is able to submit jobs to the backburner manager from both maya 2010x32 as well as maya 2011x64.
However, maya 2010x64 is not able to submit jobs. The job appears to submit properly after submitting it in the ‘create backburner job...’ window, at least no errors are given within maya. However, the backburner manager log files show that the manager did not receive any communications from the submitting machine.
My only idea at the moment is that there may be some firewall settings affecting “cmdjob.exe”, though since all three versions of maya use that same executable, I’m not sure why only maya 2010x64 would be affected. I’m going to check with IT tomorrow, but since I have my doubts about that being the cause of my problem, hopefully, some kind person out there will have an idea they can post here that will help me figure this out.
