I have included a photo of a still shot of why a menu no long shows.  I tried looking in the Maya help section but Autodesk doesn’t call it a menu.  I have put a arrow where the menu was.  If you know how to show again could you please let me know and I don’t know what i did to remove the menu.  Thank

Hello mate.

Ok click on Window, then Settings/preferences, then preferences.
Once in here the top one should read Interface, click on that then on the right hand side youll see some options, make sure the “In Panels” one is ticked and boom baby, you should have this little panel back:)
