Hello,

I’m experiencing a unique issue. I have a zip file with textures in a sub folder of a project.

now here is where my problem is…

I am able to open the .ma file in the zip and it will magically load the textures and know exactly where the the files are, regardless of where the project folder is. ie…
if i unzip the file to the desktop the scene knows to look on the desktop
if i unzip the file in my C:\ drive in my lets say my dog folder
C:\dog\
it will know to look under dog sub folder.

ALL OF THIS IS DONE WITH OUT SETTING A PROJECT

I don’t know how this person did this file.
I don’t know I’m able to open their file, and have that file know where to look without me setting my project to that folder location.

I want to recreate this.

Again, I want to be able to zip a scene with textures, give it to someone else, and have that other person open the file, and not have to “set project”
I know that this is possible but I have no idea how…

I tried to Archive but no success.

Please help,

Thank you
