I have a model made in maya 7.0.
I’ve upgrade to 8.5.
Now, with 8.5, the UV map is not the same as it was in 7.0.
It was some time ago but I think I used Automatic mapping and then I moved around my UV:s to fit my texture.
Do I need to rearrange the UV map again or is there any solution?

The UV system is different in 8.5. Because of the updates from 7 to 8.5. Your going to have to re-work those uv’s.

How about just deleting history on the model before saving it out of 7.0? That will bake your UVs so they no longer go through a mapping process to compute them.
