That’s when you move the cursor or when you actually paint on the surface?

When I “move” the cursor.

If it’s just happening in the display - sounds like an issue with your video card and/or drivers.
What operating system and video card drivers are you running?

I’m running a Geforce 7800GS video card using drivers(258.96) and Windows XP Pro SP3.
I’ll try upgrading to version 260.99.

Would that be the 32-bit version or 64-bit version?
Can you try the 197.45 drivers?

I’m using the 32-bit version of Maya 8. I’ve just checked and there’s a newer version available (266.58). I’ll try it out.

I upgraded my video drivers, but the problem is still there.

I’ve also found this issue with Nurbs Isoparms.
